From first call to final teardown — here's exactly what to expect when you book with Backyard Cinema.
Book Your Date
Call or text (813) 606-6797 — or use the Calendly link to schedule a quick call. We confirm your date on the spot, walk through your yard situation and guest count, and match you to the right package. Most bookings are locked in within 5 minutes. A 25% deposit holds your date.

We Handle the Planning
After you book, we take it from here. We confirm your address, map the power source, and plan the screen placement based on your yard layout. The week before, we'll send a confirmation with your crew arrival time and a short checklist (just: clear a 12×12 path and make sure a hose isn't running across the area). That's it.

Day-of Setup (You Do Nothing)
Our crew arrives 60–90 minutes before your event start time. We carry everything from the van, position the screen, run audio, calibrate the projector, and test the full system. Once everything's dialed in, we walk you through operating the remote and connecting your streaming device. Then we step back — the event is yours.

Enjoy Your Event
Press play and enjoy. We're on-call at (813) 606-6797 the entire time — text or call if anything needs adjusting. After your event ends, we return for teardown (30–45 minutes). You don't need to touch a thing — we pack everything, leave the yard clean, and send a wrap-up text when we're gone.
