Pricing & Packages
Our indoor and covered lineup runs $449 for Core, $549 for Signature, and $649 for Full Night, with a 4K projector, big screen, and a console included in every tier. We set up in the shade, indoors or under a covered patio, canopy, or screened lanai, so the picture stays crisp and everyone is comfortable. We also do a photo booth from $249 and karaoke from $299. Add-ons range from $35 (fog machine) to $100 (photo booth or bounce house). Every package includes full setup and teardown, and a $100 deposit holds your date.
No travel fee within 25 miles of Westchase, which covers all of Tampa, Odessa, Oldsmar, South Tampa, Carrollwood, and surrounding communities. For events further out (Brandon, Wesley Chapel, Riverview, Clearwater, St. Pete), we charge a small mileage fee based on actual distance. Just give us your address and we'll confirm the exact cost upfront, no surprises.
Yes, we collect a $100 deposit to hold your date. The balance is due on the day of your event. We accept cash, Venmo, Zelle, and all major credit cards. The deposit is fully refundable if you need to cancel more than 7 days before your event, and it rolls forward at no penalty for weather-related reschedules.
Absolutely. A console and gaming come in every tier, so most people just pick the atmosphere they want: Signature for the lit-up lounge with popcorn all night, or Full Night when you want a photo booth and the extra snacks. Add-ons like a photo booth or fog and bubbles can go on any package. Just tell us what you're envisioning and we'll build the right setup.
Indoor Movie Nights
Yes, indoor and covered setups are what we do. We bring the 4K projector, big screen, and a console into a living room, garage, bonus room, or clubhouse, or under a covered patio, canopy, or screened lanai. A 100 to 120 inch screen fits most rooms with an 8-foot ceiling. Packages start at $449 and include full setup and teardown.
Often, yes. From June through September it stays in the mid-80s with high humidity well after dark, sunset is around 8:30 so it isn't fully dark until close to 9, and afternoon thunderstorms are near-daily. That's why we push indoor setups in summer: air conditioning, a dark room any time of day, and no weather risk. Outdoor season really shines from late fall through spring. See our indoor movie nights page for how it works.
Living rooms and great rooms are the most common. Garages work well for teen and gaming nights, bonus rooms are already dim, and HOA or community clubhouses handle larger groups. Screened lanais are a nice middle ground after sunset. If it fits a couch and has an 8-foot ceiling, it usually works.
Setup & Logistics
Setup typically takes 45 to 90 minutes depending on the package complexity. We arrive 60 to 90 minutes before your event start time. After setup, we walk you through every piece of equipment so you're comfortable operating it, then step away so your event can begin. Teardown runs about 30 to 45 minutes after your event ends, completely hands-off for you.
For a 200-inch screen we need roughly 12 by 12 feet of clear floor and about a 9-foot ceiling, so that size fits best in a garage, bonus room, or open great room. Most living rooms with an 8-foot ceiling take a 100 to 120 inch screen instead, which still looks huge. We size the screen to your room, so if you're unsure, describe the space and we'll confirm before booking.
Indoors we just plug into a standard wall outlet, no generator needed. For a covered patio or canopy without a nearby outlet, we bring a whisper-quiet Honda EU2200i generator at no extra charge. It runs well below conversation volume and won't compete with the movie audio. Just let us know the setup spot when booking.
Yes, concrete, pavers, decks, grass, and pool patios all work fine. For inflatable screens on hard surfaces, we use sandbag weights instead of stakes. On pool patios we position all electrical equipment at least 6 feet from the water edge per safety standards. The one surface that's challenging is very steep slopes over about 15 degrees, contact us if that's your situation.
On the Night
Someone should be home during initial setup to confirm screen placement and audio positioning, but you don't need to supervise, we handle everything. For teardown, many clients simply leave us to pack up after their guests have gone. We'll send you a text when we're done and on our way out.
If rain is forecast at event time, we'll reach out the morning of your event to discuss options. Light drizzle typically doesn't stop us, the equipment is weatherized and most guests don't mind if it's just sprinkling. For heavier rain or storms, we'll reschedule at no charge. Your deposit rolls to the new date. We never charge a cancellation fee for weather. Florida weather can change fast, so we make the call together as close to event time as possible.
We're on-call throughout your entire event. Text or call (813) 606-6797 and one of us will respond immediately, usually within minutes. For most events, we have a crew member nearby anyway. In seven-plus years of running events across Tampa Bay, we've never had an event fail to complete due to equipment failure.
You choose and provide the movie, stream it from your device (Netflix, Disney+, Amazon, etc.) or play from a USB drive. We handle HDMI connection and audio. The only content restriction is public performance rights for commercial screenings, for private backyard events with invited guests, personal streaming accounts and personal media are legally fine under private performance exemptions. We don't provide content directly.

Yes, we regularly do events at private venues, HOA community pools, neighborhood parks, and business outdoor spaces. Public park events may require a City permit for amplified sound, which is the organizer's responsibility. We can advise on what's typically needed for your municipality. We don't do events on public streets or in truly public spaces without proper permits in place.
