Corporate & Community Event Types
Office Watch Parties
Game day, award shows, company milestone screenings. An outdoor projector setup on the office patio or parking area gives your team a genuine shared experience without requiring anyone to travel. Works with any team size from 20 to 200.
Team Building Events
Outdoor gaming tournaments on a 200-inch screen are legitimately competitive and genuinely fun, no awkward trust falls involved. We run multi-console setups with bracket-style tournaments for groups of 12 to 80.
Client Appreciation Events
An outdoor cinema screening for clients is memorable in a way that a dinner reservation isn't. We can display branded content, sponsor messages, or company slides during intermissions for no extra charge.
HOA Community Events
HOA movie nights are our single highest-demand corporate/community event type. We've run events at Glencliff, Countryway, and community pools across Oldsmar and South Tampa. We handle all logistics, you just promote it to your residents.
School & Organization Events
PTAs, booster clubs, youth sports organizations, and nonprofits use our setups for fundraising movie nights, graduation watch parties, and end-of-season celebrations. We offer flexible scheduling and group-friendly pricing.

From 20 to 200 Guests
Our large-event setup is built for big corporate and community crowds, dual audio zones, full ambient lighting, and a 200-inch 4K screen visible from up to 150 feet away. We've run HOA block parties with 180+ attendees in Westchase and corporate events at venues across South Tampa. Large gatherings are quoted to your venue and headcount.
For very large events (200+), we can discuss multi-screen setups. Contact us with your headcount and venue specs.
Rather stay climate-controlled? We also run indoor movie nights in offices, conference rooms, and community clubhouses, rain-proof and no daylight to fight.
Logistics
We Handle Everything
We visit your venue in advance for larger events to plan screen placement, power routing, and crowd flow.
Standard 20A outlet or our whisper-quiet Honda generator, we adapt to whatever your venue has available.
Display your company logo, welcome slide, or sponsor messages on screen before the film starts. No extra charge.
For corporate events, a crew member stays on-site throughout. You have a direct contact number at all times.
We advise on noise ordinance requirements and amplified sound permits for park or public venue events in Tampa.

Corporate Booking Process
Initial Call
We discuss your event size, venue, date, and goals. Takes 10-15 minutes.
Site Visit (if needed)
For 75+ person events, we visit your venue to plan placement and power.
Package Confirmation
We send a written quote. $100 deposit locks your date.
Day-of Execution
Crew arrives 90 min early. On-site support throughout. Full teardown after.
